Agreement of Terms & Conditions

i. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
ii. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and She Sez reserves the right to do so without notice.
iii. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Prices, Payments, Availability & Delivery

i. Your order is considered accepted once funds have been received. Your order will then be dispatched.
ii. Transactions on this website are processed using PayPal, a quick and secure way to accept credit card and debit card payments online. PayPal exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security.
iii. Whilst we try and ensure stock availability is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in stock availability has occurred, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and will refund the full amount paid.
iv. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.

Delivery Expectations

i. Items that are in stock will be delivered within 2-5 business days Australia and 7-14 business days International.
ii. Customers who enter addresses that is deemed to have incorrect and/or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
•    Delayed delivery
•    Lost parcel
•    Package/s returned to She Sez
iii. If She Sez is found to be responsible for incorrectly addressing a package then we will be responsible for the resending, replacement or refund of the items not delivered or delayed.
iv. Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered by She Sez. NO REFUNDS are applicable. But it is our discretion to provide a new invoice at a discounted price and resend items to the customer when payment has cleared into our nominated bank account.
v. Any package returned to She Sez due to incorrect and/or insufficient address information will require an extra delivery charge. Also, if She Sez has incurred extra fees to retrieve the package from the courier then these fees will be charged to the customer before the package can be despatched again.
vi. If a package arrives back to She Sez due to incorrect and/or insufficient delivery issues and incurs damage to the item(s), She Sez will not be responsible for replacing the goods but will make every effort to add extra protection to resend the package once the extra delivery fee payments have been made.
vii. If customers prefer a replacement, then they can elect to have them re-ordered and will be charged the RRP less 30% plus delivery fees (stock permitting).
viii. If a customer prefers not to receive the items as their requirements have changed then no refund will be provided due to "incorrect and/or insufficient address" details.
ix. If the package has the correct delivery information and is 'lost' by the courier, She Sez will replace the item/s once She Sez has confirmation from the courier the item/s have not been delivered.
x. All online orders shall be processed through our PayPal payment gateway. She Sez will not be held liable for any failure or errors associated with PayPal or our online e-commerce system to process a payment. She Sez retains the right to cancel or refuse any online order that is deemed to be fraudulent.

Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

i. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to change of mind, items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund for the receipted price.
ii. Please note that the cost of the return postage will not be reimbursed for change of mind returns
iii. Faulty or incorrectly described merchandise may be returned for an exchange, or refund and She Sez will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for the replacement. If you do not wish to have the item replaced, a refund for the receipted price will be paid in full.
iv. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
v. Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, you may not cancel or amend your order (including the delivery address, changes to style, or removing items) after your order has been placed.
vi. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, please contact us at shesezcollection@gmail.com we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly.

Privacy

All information collected is kept confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law. Please note that we reserve our right to amend, remove or vary this policy without notice.

Liability

i. She Sez aims to ensure the content on this website is up-to-date, although there may be errors that could affect its accuracy. Changes may be made to this website at any time without notice.
ii. She Sez provide no warranties on the items offered.
